Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy
We gladly accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our support team via phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
